Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's development strategy, formulate procurement strategic planning, complete procurement objectives, and control procurement profits;
2. Be responsible for the implementation and management of the agreement on products under sale, reasonably arrange the purchase plan, control the purchase cost and control the risk;
3. Strictly control the purchase, sales and inventory, be responsible for the analysis and management of procurement channels, procurement cost control, timely conduct price negotiations with suppliers, and reasonably control the company's procurement cost;
4. Conduct dynamic management of market demand and inventory, ensure the company's safe inventory and improve the inventory turnover rate;
5. Selection and expansion of suppliers, introduction of competitive new varieties and optimization of product structure;
6. Maintain brand products, manufacturers or suppliers, communicate and negotiate with pharmaceutical suppliers, track contract performance of manufacturers, coordinate and standardize procurement policies, and maintain customer relationship of manufacturers.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of purchasing experience in pharmaceutical industry;
2. Familiar with the drug procurement process and links of pharmaceutical companies, and experience in drug factory procurement management is preferred;
3. Be familiar with supplier evaluation and assessment scheme, relevant quality system standards, and corresponding supplier resources;
4. Have contract negotiation and risk control ability, strong communication and coordination ability, analysis ability and negotiation ability;
