Responsibilities:
1. According to the development plan of the company, take full charge of the strategic planning and development of the human resources department of the group company and its subsidiaries;
2. Be responsible for the recruitment of the company's middle and senior talents, talent introduction, talent echelon building, human resource-related learning and training, and improving the organization's professional skills and management ability;
3. Be responsible for the construction of the Group's human resources management and control system, and improve and optimize the approval of department systems and processes;
4. Responsible for formulating the company's human resources management plan, improving the company's comprehensive management level and optimizing the current situation of human resources;
5. Assist the president and chairman in formulating the company's talent development strategy, improve the company's talent data construction, and provide the basis for the company's business decisions;
6. Assist enterprises to establish a comprehensive human resources analysis system, control costs and risks, and improve the human resources situation of enterprises;
7. Provide human resources for the company's major investment and other business activities, and participate in the company's decision-making meetings;
8. Be responsible for the overall corporate culture construction of the group company and its subsidiaries, and organize, coordinate and arrange various activities of the company;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, management, etc;
2. More than 5 years of human resource management experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, value, service and human operation;
4. Strong communication and expression, business processing and business outreach capabilities;
5. Strong executive power, strong sense of responsibility, energetic work, loyalty and dedication, excellent moral character, and obey the company's arrangement.
