Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage the sales progress of the business department, regularly summarize, sort out and analyze the sales data, and provide timely solutions to the problems occurred in the sales process;
2. Review the legality, compliance and rationality of business contracts, communicate and coordinate the execution of contracts, supervise and manage the daily behavior of business teams, assess business indicators, and reward and punishment of business teams;
3. Be responsible for the implementation and management of sales agreements, analyze customer orders, and follow up the order flow;
4. Be responsible for the maintenance and management of customer complaints and customer relations;
5. Communicate and coordinate procurement, production scheduling, warehousing, packaging and printing, coordinate internal and external resources of the company, solve daily sales support problems, ensure the normal operation of business operations, and provide logistics support for front-line businesses;
6. Other cross-department coordination and management work.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine, pharmacy, market management or marketing is preferred;
2. More than 10 years of work experience, and more than 5 years of business operation support experience in the pharmaceutical industry, such as customer service, business or procurement;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, careful and sensitive, good sense of service, excellent communication and coordination ability;
4. Extremely sensitive to data, loyal and dedicated.
