Legal Director

Responsibilities:

1. Review all kinds of contracts, systems, authorization documents and letters and issue legal opinions;

2. Participate in project negotiation, bid opening supervision, transaction procedure setting, and agreement draft review;

3. According to different project situations, draft or revise the sales document model and conduct follow-up management to provide effective legal support and risk control for the company's business;

4. Be responsible for collecting evidence of litigation cases, putting forward reasonable opinions and handling cases.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in law, with legal professional qualification certificate;

2. More than 2 years of legal work experience in the pharmaceutical industry;

3. Have experience in handling cases and lawsuits, have the ability to revise the laws of sales documents and materials, and have the ability to draft and check designs, contracts and correspondence.
